تحترم منصة مرصوص ("نحن"، "المنصة") خصوصية مستخدميها، وتوضّح هذه السياسة أنواع البيانات التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك لموقعنا الإلكتروني وتطبيقنا على الهواتف الذكية.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، اسم المستخدم، وفي بعض الحالات الرقم المدني وتاريخ الميلاد — لإنشاء الحساب وتحديد دور المستخدم (معلم، ولي أمر، طالب، مشرف).
- البيانات التعليمية: الحلقات والجلسات، سجلات الحضور، درجات التقييم (الحفظ والمراجعة والواجبات والاختبارات)، والتقدّم الدراسي.
- البيانات المالية: سجلات المدفوعات والرسوم. تتم معالجة عمليات الدفع عبر مزوّد دفع خارجي معتمد، ولا نقوم بتخزين بيانات بطاقتك البنكية على خوادمنا.
- البيانات التقنية: نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل ورمز الإشعارات (FCM) لإرسال التنبيهات، وبيانات استخدام أساسية لتحسين الخدمة.
2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- تشغيل خدمات المنصة الأساسية (إدارة الحلقات والحضور والتقييم والمنهج).
- إرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بالجلسات والمدفوعات والمستجدات.
- معالجة الرسوم والمدفوعات وإصدار الفواتير.
- تحسين أداء التطبيق ومعالجة الأعطال.
- التواصل معك بشأن حسابك أو الدعم الفني.
3. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها. قد تتم مشاركة بيانات محدودة فقط مع:
- المركز/الجهة التعليمية المرتبط بها المستخدم (لإدارة الحلقات).
- مزوّدي الخدمات الضروريين لتشغيل المنصة (مزوّد الدفع، خدمات الإشعارات والبريد) ضمن حدود الغرض فقط.
- الجهات الرسمية عند وجود التزام قانوني يقتضي ذلك.
4. حماية البيانات
نطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية لحماية بياناتك، منها تشفير الاتصال (HTTPS)، وتخزين رمز الدخول بشكل آمن على جهازك، والمصادقة الثنائية للحسابات الإدارية. ومع ذلك لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي نظام بنسبة 100%.
5. بيانات الأطفال
قد يكون بعض الطلاب أطفالاً. تُدار حسابات الطلاب القُصّر من قِبل أولياء أمورهم أو الجهة التعليمية، ولا نجمع من الأطفال أكثر مما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة التعليمية.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحقوقك
- نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك نشطاً أو وفق ما تتطلبه الأغراض التشغيلية والقانونية.
- يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك بالتواصل معنا.

Privacy Policy (English)
Marsous ("we", "the platform") respects the privacy of its users. This policy explains what data we collect, and how we use and protect it, when you use our website and mobile app.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, username, and in some cases national ID and date of birth — to create the account and determine the user role (teacher, parent, student, supervisor).
- Educational data: circles and sessions, attendance, grading (memorization, revision, homework, tests), and progress.
- Payment data: payment and fee records. Card payments are processed by a certified third-party provider; we do not store your card details on our servers.
- Technical data: device type, OS, and push token (FCM) for notifications, plus basic usage data to improve the service.
2. How we use it
- Operate the core services (circles, attendance, grading, curriculum).
- Send notifications about sessions, payments, and updates.
- Process fees and issue invoices.
- Improve performance and fix crashes.
- Contact you about your account or support.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Limited data may be shared only with the educational center the user belongs to, with service providers necessary to run the platform (payment, notifications, email) for that purpose only, and with authorities where legally required.
4. Security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), secure on-device token storage, and two-factor authentication for admin accounts. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
5. Children's data
Some students may be children. Minor students' accounts are managed by their parents or the educational center, and we collect no more than necessary to provide the educational service.
6. Retention & your rights
We retain your data while your account is active or as required for operational and legal purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account by contacting us.
